Harmonic Shredded Fan

To define the Harmonic Shredded Fan F_HS we cut the 'arms' ve in the Harmonic Fan F_H in such a way, that their lengths run through all rationals in the unit interval (we do not cut the vertical segment through the origin). We notice that all Harmonic shredded fans are homeomorphic.
